Our support staff has set up a Server Monitor.

If your server's window is displaying then you know the server is up and the HTML is working.

You see the server's Load by looking at the Load Averages  They need to be under 3. They some times go as high as 6 or 8 when  some data base apps are running or the backups are running.

If the Physical Memory is RED.  This is not an issue!  The servers have 4 Gigs of Ram.

Is your domain resolving?  It may be your ISP.  You can check this by using:
A proxy:  http://proxify.com , Megaproxy and the cloak.
Or doing a Traceroute from other computers using Multiple Traceroute v1.00
(I like to use
USA, AZ, Phoenix, GetNet - ISP via MCI CAIS)

  Additional Server and Network Information

We are on the MEGA servers.

The old servers have been shut down.

Email address issues:
You must use the total email address as the user name.    username@domain.xxx
The email nameservers are not yougoweb they are mail.yourdomain.xxx

Due to some network attacks we have installed a firewall on all servers. It will block IPs which syn-floods or port scans. It will also block your IP if you have a lot of failed logons. If everyone in your office use the same IP and a lot of your users have some failed logon then your IP could be blocked.

Unfortunately fine tuning can only be achieved through trial and error. If you can not get to your domain you can go to the
Server Monitor. and see all of the servers come up".

If all of the server displays then you can access the servers and your Ip may be blocked or your domain is having issues or has expired.

To get your IP unblocked then send in your IP address and ask us to unblock it. You can find out what your IP is by going to http://noc4ua.com/ip

If you are able to get to the links above then their is a problem with YOUR domain or account. Go to an whois program and see if your domain is still active.

yougoweb.com - all servers

Primary Name Server: ns.yougoweb.com
Secondary Name Server: ns2.yougoweb.com

Note to COX CABLE users: Cox has changed how they send out email. They had to make the changes to conform with AOL.  If you use Cox you will need to click here and go to the table under #9 and determine your outgoing SMTP address.  You will keep your POP / incoming server the same as it is now' "mail.yourdomainname.com".

It is very important that we have your off network email address. If their is a network problem they we need to contact you about we will need to use a email address that is not on server. You can update your email address at the top of the cpanel.
